PSL Custom kit offers a state of the art customisation facility that allows you to personalise your garment by adding numbers, sponsors and club badges to your kits.

With printing and embroidery options available, as well as a huge selection of fonts to choose from, we can service all your customisation requirements, no matter how simple or complex.

Embroidered Logos

Embroidery designs are stitched with an automated embroidery machine. Your company logo, design , text or art work is "digitized" with our Embroidery Software. They can be done in different levels of embroidery stitches that work as the texture to your embroidery design.

We can Embroider on to polo shirts, T-shirts, or on to any sportswear item such as football, cricket, rugby, rounders and on corporate clothing.  

We have two types of Embroidery Traditional and "Rapid Renew".

We can use traditional methods of embroidery, simply send us your logo or design and we can digitise this onto our machines and stitch the design directly onto your garment.

Rapid Renew Technology

Using our new rapid renew technology , we can produce and apply embroidered logos to garments in a matter of minutes. We can have your logo or design "rapid renewed" in a maximum of two weeks, all your garments can be customised within the day. 

A massive advantage of our Rapid Renew service is that any future garments can be customised within a 2 day leadtime. The days of waiting six weeks.

There are two types of Rapid Renew available. Firstly there is a fully embroidered design finished with a hot knife border, then we have a woven logo finished with a laser cut edge or a merrow border.

Vinyl Printing, Team Logo & Sponsorship Printing

This is the most popular style of customisation, it is used by the majority of Premier League Football Clubs. PSL Custom kit will print your Team logo and Sponsorship Logo according to your specifications and our expertise. We have a team of professional in house experts and are able to print just about anything on to custom made garments. Simply provide us with your sponsor’s logo and we will take care of the rest!

We are able to print on garments of any kind; from jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo's, t-shirts, shorts and just about anything you can think of. We also specialise in putting print to workwear and schoolwear garments, so your Institution or Business develops a professional image.

Dont have a Logo?

Send PSL Customkit your team name and we will design your team a Logo FREE OF CHARGE on orders of 12 or more items.

We can either custom make your logo or use a standard club logo, a template that creates your new team logo in minutes.

Screen Printing

PSL Custom kit offers a screen printing facility that allows you to personalise your garment by applying designs on to fabric.

PSL Custom kit can print ink directly onto the garment/fabric through a mesh covered aluminium screen. We then dry the ink using a gas heater. There are separate screens for each colour’s that are used within the design.

Please note that screen printing is subject to application and design charges.

Supplying Artwork

PSL Custom kit are making it easier for the most sophisticated images to be reproduced, we can embroider any image, whether the source image is a JPEG, TIF, EPS, or BMP, we can convert these into very high quality digitized files which can be applied onto your chosen garments.
