Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any transaction. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed below you may not use this website for any purpose.

It is one of the terms and conditions of any user accessing and reading the Custom Kit website that we provided the information and material published on the website on the grounds that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same information and material, either express or implied. This has no bearing on your statutory rights as a consumer.


DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK is only 7.95 per order.
(Excluding the following postal codes, IV,HS,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE,BT,IM,TR)
These rates will be confirmed at the checkout stage.
Certain items may attract additional charges, we will contact you before shipping your order if this is the case.

When Will I Get My Order
Not all items we display are in stock. We ship using Interlink and Royal Mail.
Delivery times typically vary from 1-7 days from dispatch.
These times may vary during peak periods.

Orders Can take upto 14 working days, and upto 28 working days  for customised products. Although as a general rule 7 days is standard for uncustomised garments and 2 weeks for customised.
(exclusive of weekend orders)


RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items. You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase and any delivery costs incurred by us.

Personalised products and undergarments are NON-RETURNABLE.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (upto a maximum of 6.00), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to change any prices at any time and reserve the right not to supply in case of any display errors or typing errors.

What we do about mispricings

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the more than 1000 items in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.

If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us.
