Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return though our online returns portal no longer than 14 days from receiving your delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for products ordered through the website. If you require a new/alternative product, you will need to place a new order.
Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be applied to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.
Personalised products and undergarments, including compression/baselayer shorts, are NON-RETURNABLE. Compression and baselayer tops can be returned as per our returns policy.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
If you have received a product/products incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods so this can be checked against our stock and supplier delivery notes. Unfortunately, any delivery discrepancies after this time period cannot be checked.
We offer what we consider a very fair returns policy and we give an honest judgement based on many years experience, if we are at all unsure with regard a returned product we reserve the right to send it back to the manufacturer for further inspection by their experts.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase, ie: any original delivery costs incurred by us.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.00), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection.
